An RV rental was the furthest thing from my mind when I decided to take a road trip from Phoenix to Durango, Colorado for the Music in the Mountains Festival. I was going to drive, but my transmission went out two days before I was supposed to leave. I was going to rent a car, but then I learned that there was not one hotel room available in the area. That really sucked! And no way could I afford plane tickets.
A brainiac friend of mine suggested I rent a motorhome. I didn’t even know you could do a motorhome rental. He said it would be way cheaper than buying plane tickets and getting a hotel (if there were any available).
So I looked around and found you guys and it all went so well. I am a fan of RV travel now. I honestly thought it was for old people, but my 26 year-old butt had a great time. Oh, and my girlfriends and I didn’t have to find a hotel and we split the cost of the RV rental. I just may be hooked!
