Dear Friends of Cruise America,
The following is a letter from one of our great customers, Chris W., who found himself in a dilemma with his four-legged companion.
Hi Lacey, I want you to know how appreciative and grateful I am for your high level of professionalism, dedication and service you provided me on assisting to source and confirm my upcoming reservation with Cruise America. During the period we discussed the urgency and importance of my needs for picking up and dropping off the RV, I really believed that you cared to ensure my needs were not only being met, but exceeded. I can only hope that the rest of your colleagues use your approach to client satisfaction as the standard to follow in producing results for your customers, and in turn, producing results for your organization.
In addition, I appreciate all the helpful background and orientation information you have provided me, a newbie to using an RV. This, along with going to the local agent and getting a tour of the vehicle I will be picking up on September 21st, will give me a great introduction to operation of an RV.
