Hello Cruise America,
I think I am your most frequent customer. I wanted to get a note into your blog about motorhome rentals, and to give all those who want to get into the RV lifestyle a little tidbit of information. You don’t have to own an RV to be an RVer!
If you are going to use your motorhome a lot, and if you are going to take long extended trips, then you would be wise to get an RV for your own. Cruise America has a large inventory of some very nice used RVs for sale that are way less expensive than getting a brand new one.
However, if you are going to take shorter trips from time to time, you can do very well by renting an RV instead of purchasing one. When you get a motorhome rental, you can rent something that will accommodate the size of group you are taking along. If it is just going to be you and your spouse, you can rent a smaller one. If you will be taking the kids or grandkids, you may want to consider one of their larger units. What I’m saying is that if you buy an RV, you are pretty much stuck with it. That’s good for me, because I actually live in mine. But by doing a motorhome rental, you can vary the sizes and models you rent. At the very least, it helps you to determine what you want to eventually buy.
You can take this advice for what it is worth, but I know it’s good advice. I ended up selling the RV I originally purchased when I was younger, because it ended up not being the right match for me. I wish I had gone to Cruise America first!
