Dear Sir or Madam:
My wife and I have been camping for many seasons and have finally decided to upgrade our old motorhome (1977 Dodge Sportsman – Can you believe it?) to a newer one. We have been impressed with Cruise America RV, and have read your website and visited your sales location in SLC. Buying a brand new motorhome has just been out of reach for us. We have watched the ads in the paper and looked at many personally owned motorhomes. But what you have to offer has been the better choice for us. The reasons are many: 1) all of your used RVs are well maintained, 2) You offer a reasonable selling price, 3) Warranties, 4) Resource of questions, service and repairs, and 5) We have a great rapport and continued friendship with the employees.
I would now like to focus on the two employees that I would hope that you would recognize in your business. Chris and Dinah have just been wonderful to work with! They were very helpful from the beginning, as we were asking about your program of selling used motorhomes. Both of them have spent literally hours answering questions from my wife and I. They let me crawl under, around, over and through your motorhomes. And when I finally decided on a motorhome that I wanted, Dinah searched and found that perfect one! When it came in, I completely went over it. I offered them my concerns and they were able to rectify all of the problems. Although I have only owned it for a short time, they have told me to come back after camping and present any other unforeseen problems, so that I would have peace of mind that I am well cared for. I have been so excited! I don’t know how many times I have hugged Dinah and shook Chris’s hand! They continually ask me about the motorhome and what else they can do for me.
Please take this letter to heart and recognize them for the way they treat your customers and represent your business. I have already told many people how satisfied I have been with this used RV, and suggested to them that Cruise America RV is a company to do business with! Please call me or write to me if I can do anything for you.
Hoby, Payson Utah
