Here is a letter from one of our loyal customers regarding our class C RV rentals in Greensboro, NC. We appreciate his patronage, as well as his willingness to let us know when he catches us “doing something right!” We also thank our staff member Dan for exuding the professionalism and the gracious hospitality in which we so believe here at Cruise America fashion.
Dear Cruise America, I just reserved a large RV out of Greensboro for a family trip to the Daytona 500 in February. I wanted to let you know that when I called, I did not necessarily have intentions to make a reservation. In fact, I would usually make travel reservations (i.e. flight, hotel, car) online, and really called for information. However, as I mentioned, I am now booked for my trip in February. This is in no small part attributable to the personable professionalism, customer service, and sales skills of the person on the end of the line.
Lee, I am in sales in capital equipment. My brother and sister-in-law are in industrial sales in multi-million dollar companies. Dan was on speakerphone as we spoke, and we were all so impressed with him (on a Friday night at 9pm by the way - not when one would expect exceptional customer service over the phone) that we felt compelled to write a note of commendation.
Without hesitation, I would say with confidence that the communication abilities and demeanor that Dan exhibited indicates he is not the typical inside sales / customer service representative, and Cruise America should probably consider what incentives would retain him as a valuable asset to your organization!
